
Pan United Completes Concrete Casting Activity on Singapore's Tallest Building

Pan United, via its subsidiary Pan-United Concrete, has completed a mass pour of 10,250 cubic meters of concrete for the raft foundation of The Skywaters at 8 Shenton Way. This mixed-use development, set to be Singapore's tallest building by 2028, spans 10,984 square meters. The pour, conducted in collaboration with China Harbor Engineering Company, took 35 hours with concrete delivered every two minutes, as reported in a filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Pan United through its subsidiary, Pan-United Concrete, concluded a mass pour of 10,250 cubic meters of concrete casting on the raft foundation of The Skywaters at 8 Shenton Way in January, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The mixed-use development in Singapore spans 10,984 square meters and will be the city-state's tallest building once completed in 2028, the filing said.
Through a collaboration with main contractor China Harbor Engineering Company, the mass pour was carried out 35 hours non-stop with a truckload of concrete delivered every two minutes.
