Hong Kong stocks surged strongly against the backdrop of the central bank's clear indication of a timely reserve requirement ratio and interest rate cut, with the Hang Seng Index closing up 2.12% at 23,959.98 points. The total trading volume for the day was HKD 290.613 billion, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index rose 2.75%, and the Hang Seng Tech Index increased by 2.31%. Guotai Junan International believes that Hong Kong stocks still have room for long-term growth, as policy support and declining overseas interest rates will enhance the profitability and valuation of Hong Kong stocks.
