Antibe Announces Completion of Sale

Antibe Therapeutics Inc. has completed the sale of all its common shares to Taro Pharmaceuticals Inc. as part of its receivership proceedings. The transaction was approved by the Superior Court of Justice and involves the transfer of certain assets to a new entity, Residual Co. Additionally, the Ontario Securities Commission has partially revoked a cease trade order against Antibe, which is seeking full revocation and to cease being a reporting issuer in several provinces.
