
NVIDIA Grace Blackwell solutions have been fully put into production, Jensen Huang showcased data center racks from various manufacturers
According to Jin10 Data on March 19, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang announced early this morning at the GTC 2025 conference that the NVIDIA Grace Blackwell solution has been fully put into production. The Grace Blackwell series includes several products, such as the GB200 and B200, which are manufactured using TSMC's 4nm process and feature up to 208 billion transistors. Huang also showcased data center racks from various manufacturers using Grace Blackwell, including Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, Amazon AWS, Meta, and Google. Huang stated that there are about 20 car parts in their Blackwell supercomputer, demonstrating the high integration of the computer. He also presented the Grace Blackwell NVLink72 super chip, which was unveiled earlier this year at CES 2025, featuring 72 Blackwell GPUs integrated on a single wafer
