Jensen Huang announced the launch of Spectrum-X and Quantum-X Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) network switches, allowing AI factories to span different locations and connect millions of GPUs, developing to an unprecedented scale. This is NVIDIA's first heavyweight product targeting the CPO field, declaring the "era of optical communication in the AI world has arrived." Microwave and millimeter-wave component design and manufacturing company Ascend Tech stated that among its three major low Earth orbit satellite customers, Customer S and Customer A have placed large orders. Customer S continues to shift from in-house production to outsourcing, while Customer A continues to launch satellites, driving overall orders to show long-term high growth. They are optimistic about the annual operational performance, with profits expected to reach new highs. In recent years, Ascend Tech has been deeply engaged in low Earth orbit satellite products, covering satellite payloads, ground stations, terminal equipment, satellite connections to mobile phones, and inter-satellite connection devices, penetrating the top three global low Earth orbit satellite operators. Taiwan's stock market fell on the 21st, but listed telecommunications stocks showed relative resilience, especially in the over-the-counter market, where telecommunications stocks performed even more impressively, mainly led by the two major groups of silicon photonics and low Earth orbit satellites. Borowie surged to 200 TWD, opening high at 202 TWD in the morning session, and hitting the limit up at 216 TWD, with buy orders exceeding 16,000 at the limit up and market price, setting a new historical high. Ascend Tech opened at 473 TWD in the morning, briefly rising to 497 TWD, setting a new historical high, with an intraday increase of over 6%. Additionally, Upmax (3363) and Lianya (3081) also saw intraday increases exceeding 5%.
