On March 21, Jinshi Data reported that ByteDance announced today the launch of the Top Seed Talent Program, a special initiative by ByteDance's Doubao large model team aimed at research talents from universities, targeting students graduating in September 2025 and later. The program includes a full-time project for recent graduates and a research internship project for current students, covering large models, machine learning algorithms, multimodal generation/understanding, speech, and more
