Honeywell appoints CEO and CFO of Advanced Materials business in preparation for spin-off listing
Honeywell announced on Tuesday that it has appointed David Sewell as the President and CEO of its Advanced Materials business, effective immediately. The company also appointed insider Tina Pierce as the Chief Financial Officer of the division, effective May 1. The business is set to be spun off into an independent publicly traded company by the end of this year or early 2026
