CHI ASIA VALLEY Group announced its annual performance for the year ending December 31, 2024, with revenue of HKD 135 million, an increase of 251.95% year-on-year; profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 2.565 million, an increase of 2.23% year-on-year; basic earnings per share were HKD 0.05. The revenue growth was mainly driven by increased rental income from investment properties and subleasing arrangements, as well as contributions from newly established building construction services and related services
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHI ASIA VALLEY (00063) announced its annual results for the year ending December 31, 2024, with revenue of HKD 135 million, an increase of 251.95% year-on-year; profit attributable to shareholders of HKD 2.565 million, an increase of 2.23% year-on-year; and basic earnings per share of HKD 0.05.
The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was mainly due to the rise in rental income from investment properties and leased properties under subleasing arrangements, as well as the increase in building construction services and related services (new business established this year)
