This was mainly due to the total construction area of properties delivered by the group in fiscal year 2024 decreasing from approximately 718,100 square meters in fiscal year 2023 to approximately 703,800 square meters, a decrease of about 2.0%, which correspondingly reduced the amount of revenue recognized in fiscal year 2024
