The loss attributable to equity shareholders and holders of perpetual convertible securities was approximately HKD 1.8326 billion, an increase of 108.99% year-on-year. The loss per share was HKD 1.2. The total pre-sale amount for properties and parking spaces was approximately HKD 784.5 million, an increase of 30.7% compared to 2023. The average selling price of pre-sold properties was approximately HKD 54,649.9 per square meter, a decrease of 30.3% year-on-year. The increase in revenue was mainly due to the growth in property sales revenue
