Gold jewelry prices plummeted by 22 yuan overnight, and have dropped by 32 yuan over two days
On April 4th local time, gold fell sharply, with spot gold down 2.47% at $3,037.31 per ounce; COMEX gold futures fell 2.1% to $3,056.10 per ounce. On April 5th, domestic gold jewelry prices followed suit. CHOW SANG SANG's 24K gold jewelry is priced at 926 yuan per gram, down 22 yuan per gram from the previous day's price of 948 yuan per gram, a total drop of 32 yuan per gram over two days. Lao Miao Gold's 24K gold jewelry is priced at 931 yuan per gram, down 15 yuan per gram from the previous day's price of 946 yuan per gram, a total drop of 30 yuan per gram over two days
