According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Hangzhou Xingqiong Zhangliang Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Yang Guang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million yuan. The business scope includes: development of artificial intelligence application software; development of network and information security software; advertising publishing; sales of motor vehicle charging; wholesale of auto parts; battery sales; software sales, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Weixing Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Geely's affiliated company Zhejiang Jidi Technology Co., Ltd. and Mercedes-Benz Mobility Services GmbH
