Hosen Group Receives State Approval to Purchase Freehold Property in Malaysia
Hosen Group has received approval from Malaysia's Land Registry to proceed with the purchase of a freehold property. The sale and purchase agreement is now unconditional, and the company plans to complete the acquisition within 90 days from April 9. The property, measuring approximately 6,378 square meters, is being acquired from Greenhill SILC for 7.6 million ringgit through its subsidiary, Hosen Chocolate.
Hosen Group was granted an approval from Malaysia's Land Registry to finalize the purchase of a freehold property in Malaysia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Following the approval, the sale and purchase agreement has turned unconditional and the company will aim to complete the acquisition within 90 days from April 9.
In an earlier filing, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hosen Chocolate, agreed to acquire a piece of freehold land of about 6,378 square meters in Malaysia from Greenhill SILC for 7.6 million ringgit.
