Apple's US official website has removed the "Now Available" label for AI features as requested
On April 22nd, local time, the National Advertising Division, a self-regulatory organization for the advertising industry in the United States, issued a statement detailing the results of its investigation into Apple's AI advertising. In short, the agency found that Apple engaged in misleading advertising and made suggestions for modifications. Apple responded by stating that while the company disagrees with the conclusions of the investigation, it appreciates the opportunity to work with NAD and has adjusted the relevant pages in accordance with its recommendations, including removing the phrase "Apple Smart now launched."
