Project Neptune Bidco GmbH has informed Nexus AG that it holds approximately 95.16% of the total share capital of Nexus AG within the meaning of Sections 327a para. 2, 16 para. 2 sentence 2 AktG.The amount of the cash compensation will be communicated in a second specifying demand as soon as it has been determined by Project Neptune Bidco GmbH. The general meeting that shall resolve on the transfer resolution may then be convened.
