SOCAM DEV (00983.HK) announced the acquisition of 0.5% of SOCON's equity from Chen Qingquan for a cash consideration of HKD 8.74 million. Currently, the company holds 93.75% of SOCON's equity, which primarily engages in construction, renovation, and maintenance projects in Hong Kong and Macau
