LVJI TECH (01745.HK) announced that to date, Chairman and controlling shareholder Zang Weizhong has purchased 29 million shares of the company through his wholly-owned Lu Jia Technology in over-the-counter transactions, at a cost of approximately HKD 8.56 million, equivalent to an average price of HKD 0.295 per share
