HOP FUNG GROUP (02320.HK) announced that regarding the tax issues of its subsidiary, on April 14th of this year, the Guangzhou Railway Transport Intermediate Court made an administrative ruling, which upheld the second-instance ruling to revoke the first-instance administrative ruling; and dismissed the litigation request of Senye Paper. The company is seeking legal advice in China regarding the second-instance ruling and any actions that Senye Paper may take
