FJDB undertakes light asset management cooperation for the "New Investment Era Center" project in Lanzhou New Area
Recently, FJDB officially reached a cooperation agreement with Gansu Xintou Commercial Management Co., Ltd. to comprehensively undertake the light asset management cooperation for the "Xintou Era Center" project in Lanzhou New Area. FJDB will provide comprehensive professional services for the project, including preliminary planning, project positioning, planning and renovation, and investment promotion operations, helping to create a new benchmark for regional commerce. This cooperation, following the Haoxin Times Square project, marks another important implementation of FJDB's light asset management model in the northwest market, further consolidating FJDB's deepening layout in the region
