36Kr learned that recently, Qianxun Intelligent (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change according to the Tianyancha App, adding Shenzhen Hubble Technology Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) under Huawei and Shenzhen Merchants Innovation Investment Fund Center (Limited Partnership) as shareholders, while the registered capital increased from approximately RMB 1.3976 million to approximately RMB 1.9516 million. The company was established in January 2024, with Han Fengtang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the research and development of intelligent robots, manufacturing service consumer robots, and sales of intelligent robots. It is currently jointly held by Han Fengtang, Hangzhou WanJing Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), and the aforementioned new shareholders.
