India makes its first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on black ink powder related to China
On May 6th, the Indian Ministry of Commerce announced the first affirmative final ruling on the sunset review of anti-dumping duties on black toner originating from or imported from mainland China, Malaysia, and Taiwan, recommending the continuation of anti-dumping duties for a period of 5 years on the products involved from the aforementioned countries and regions
