Sony and Bandai Namco will invest 10 billion yen in Gaudiy to collaborate in the entertainment and technology sectors
On May 8th, Sony Group, Bandai Namco, and Japanese blockchain startup Gaudiy announced a partnership to engage in deep cooperation in the fields of entertainment and technology. To promote this collaboration, Sony and Bandai Namco will jointly invest 10 billion yen in Gaudiy. The partnership aims to expand Japanese IP into the global market, including integrating Sony's streaming platform Crunchyroll with Gaudiy's anime community website MyAnimeList
