On May 7th, the Shanghai Expo Center witnessed an important moment in the history of artificial intelligence development.
At the Lenovo Innovation Technology Conference (Tech World) themed &#34;Smarter AI for All: Let AI Become an Innovative Productive Force,&#34; Lenovo Group showcased the industrial landing results of its hybrid AI strategy: the newly released Tianxi Personal Super AI and the industry's first Enterprise Super AI &#34;Lenovo LeXiang,&#34; combined with AI PCs, AI smartphones, and AI tablets equipped with Tianxi Personal Super AI, thus forming a super entry point for individuals and enterprises to embrace personalized AI.
On this basis, Liu Jun, Executive Vice President and President of Lenovo Group China, announced at the conference that AI inclusivity has officially transitioned from the technical exploration stage of &#34;Open Sesame&#34; to the scaled landing era of &#34;Fireworks in the Human World.&#34;

In his keynote speech, Liu Jun emphasized that Lenovo China will focus on the hybrid AI strategy, promoting AI from the laboratory to various industries through a dual engine of &#34;Super AI Agent&#34; leading the way, a consumer-facing &#34;Intelligent Twin,&#34; and a business-oriented &#34;Silicon-based Battle Team.&#34;
This strategic layout is not only the result of Lenovo's eight years of technological accumulation but also a key move in response to the national &#34;14th Five-Year Plan,&#34; accelerating China's intelligent transformation.
<h2>Super AI = Cognitive Operating System</h2>
On May 7th, Lenovo officially launched the Tianxi Personal Super AI, marking a pioneering move in the industry. Liu Jun stated that in the future, everyone will have a Super AI.
How will Lenovo construct the Tianxi Personal Super AI?
Tolga Kurtoglu, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Lenovo Group, presented the panoramic view of the &#34;Super AI&#34; technical architecture.
From Tolga's speech, it is evident that Lenovo's ambition lies not only in developing more efficient AI tools but also in building an &#34;extension of human cognition&#34; through a hybrid AI architecture, multimodal collaboration, and autonomous evolution capabilities.
Yang Yuanqing, Chairman and CEO of Lenovo Group, believes that &#34;Super AI is no longer just a tool, but a 'cognitive operating system' for individuals and enterprises.&#34;
In such a cognitive operating system, various intelligent agents can collect and integrate massive amounts of data and make decisions on how to present and use this data.
Tolga pointed out that Lenovo believes the &#34;super&#34; in &#34;Super AI&#34; depends on three core capabilities: achieving proactive perception and communication between devices through natural multimodal interaction; seamless integration and security protection of local knowledge bases across devices, platforms, and ecosystems; and advanced task autonomy decomposition and orchestration capabilities.
At the same time, security and privacy protection run through these three core capabilities.
Tolga stated that user-centered future artificial intelligence will not rely on any single model, chip, device, or form. Future AI will be built on diverse models and intelligent agents, seamlessly serving enterprises and individual users across devices, edge, and cloud scenarios
Liu Jun pointed out that in the personal intelligence field, Lenovo has built the Tianxi Personal Super Intelligent Body as a super entry point with a &#34;one body, multiple ends&#34; strategy, and its technical implementation and market validation are based on a hybrid AI architecture.
The so-called &#34;one body&#34; refers to the Tianxi Personal Super Intelligent Body, which will be embedded in various AI terminals such as AI PCs, AI smartphones, and AI tablets, achieving a super experience across devices and ecosystems. This &#34;new&#34; human-computer interaction experience will enable users to learn more &#34;outstandingly&#34; and enjoy a more &#34;wonderful&#34; entertainment life.
The Tianxi Personal Super Intelligent Body is centered on the user's real experience, actively providing personalized services by integrating data and cloud/device resources, lowering the usage threshold for users, and seamlessly integrating AI services into daily work, life, and entertainment scenarios to unleash personal creativity and productivity.
The Tianxi Super Intelligent Body has three core functions: perception and interaction, cognition and decision-making, autonomy and evolution.
Among them, perception and interaction mean that the Tianxi Personal Intelligent Body can perceive in real-time and conduct multimodal interactions; cognition and decision-making refer to understanding complex intentions based on the context of user input combined with personal characteristics; autonomy and evolution indicate the ability to autonomously decompose complex tasks, plan steps, and actively execute.
The multiple capabilities of the Tianxi Personal Super Intelligent Body have not remained on PPT but have been validated in the market: Lenovo AI PCs equipped with the Tianxi Personal Super Intelligent Body have seen explosive sales.
According to Liu Jun, since the launch of the world's first AI PC in May 2024, Lenovo AI PCs have sold over one million units cumulatively, with Tianxi's daily active users growing exponentially and the customer net promoter score reaching top levels in the industry.
This achievement confirms the market value of hybrid AI architecture in the personal intelligence field.
<h2>From Tool to Productivity Hub</h2>
If hybrid AI is the technical foundation of Lenovo's Super Intelligent Body, then the Intelligent IT Engine Qingtian is the technical base of Lenovo's hybrid AI framework.
The Intelligent IT Engine Qingtian is the technical foundation of Lenovo's hybrid AI, having undergone four evolutions from 1.0 to 4.0.
Based on the transformation needs of direct customer business models, in 2017, Lenovo began building an agile IT system on traditional IT, creating a cloud-native, middle-platform Qingtian 1.0; in 2020, with the rise of discriminative AI, Qingtian 1.0 was upgraded to 2.0, providing solutions and services to external customers; in 2023, with breakthroughs in generative AI, Qingtian was upgraded to 3.0, constructing intelligent bodies in areas such as marketing, sales, and services.
Liu Jun stated, &#34;Today, with the support of intelligent AI, Qingtian is upgrading to 4.0, creating an intelligent body matrix led by the super intelligent body.&#34;
Qingtian 4.0 is the &#34;Wheel of Fire&#34; in Liu Jun's &#34;New Three Pillars&#34; of &#34;Sunrise in the East 2025&#34; released on May 8, operating in parallel with internal and external processes to empower customers; China's creative capabilities are like the &#34;Fire Tip Spear,&#34; providing AI optimal solutions for customers through agile, high-quality, and efficient R&amp;D supply capabilities; AI-native organizations are the &#34;Misty Silk,&#34; reshaping organizational efficiency with silicon-based intelligence, with carbon-silicon teams collaborating and co-creating with human intelligence
Lenovo's hybrid AI framework has achieved results, including the Tianxi personal super intelligent agent aimed at the C-end and the Lexiang super intelligent agent specifically for the B-end. Together, these two form the foundational power to upgrade AI from a tool to the central productivity driver.
The Lenovo Lexiang super intelligent agent, along with intelligent agents in fields such as research and development, supply chain, and services, forms a &#34;silicon-based battle team,&#34; creating an intelligent agent matrix that enables cross-departmental and cross-regional task collaboration and autonomous execution, thereby accelerating the advancement into the AI inclusive era in a &#34;human intelligence co-creation&#34; manner.
As the industry's first enterprise super intelligent agent, the Lexiang super intelligent agent can, upon receiving instructions, call upon data and information from various departments and regions of the enterprise across devices and ecosystems, autonomously arrange steps, and automatically execute tasks. It has currently achieved breakthroughs in three core scenarios: consulting, shopping, and membership management.
Lenovo accelerates the breadth and depth of the Lexiang super intelligent agent's implementation through two major models: &#34;super factories&#34; and &#34;intelligent agents as a service (AaaS).&#34; Liu Jun stated, &#34;In the future, every enterprise will have its own 'silicon-based battle team.'&#34;
The successful implementation of the Lenovo Lexiang super intelligent agent is inseparable from the deep application of the hybrid AI architecture in enterprise scenarios: based on hybrid infrastructure, it achieves multi-agent collaboration through model factories and intelligent agent platforms.
Liu Jun has set a grand goal: by 2025, to help over 30,000 government and enterprise clients accelerate into the AI door, assist over 1 million small and medium-sized enterprises in open-source, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement, and provide proactive AI services across multiple devices and scenarios to more than 230 million individual customers in China.
The Chinese market is becoming a testing ground for the global implementation of AI intelligent agents.
According to IDC's predictions, by 2026, 50% of China's top 500 enterprises will deploy AI intelligent agents for data governance, and 40% of enterprises will build a dual-driven system of data intelligence and model intelligence.
Lenovo's strategic layout accurately positions itself in line with this trend.
Looking ahead, Liu Jun stated, &#34;Lenovo will continue to practice the mission of 'hybrid AI accelerating China's intelligent transformation,' making AI an innovative productivity tool that lights up countless homes.&#34;
