YS DIGIFAVOR appoints Xiang Ting as an independent non-executive director
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YS DIGIFAVOR announced that Ms. Zou Guoying has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to health reasons, effective May 12, 2025. Following her resignation, Ms. Zou will no longer serve as the chair of the audit committee, nor as a member of the nomination committee and the remuneration committee under the board. On the same day, Ms. Xiang Ting has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chair of the audit committee, and a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee
