Salesforce reached an agreement to acquire Convergence.ai
Salesforce (CRM.US) announced on Thursday that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Convergence.ai.
The company stated that Convergence's technology enables AI agents to navigate dynamic interfaces, managing challenges such as real-time adaptation to pop-ups, errors, and UI updates, from web-based workflows to multi-step processes. After the acquisition is completed, Convergence's team and technology are expected to play a key role in the advancement of Agentforce
