"New Shares" United Group: Fully supports GREEN TEA GROUP's rapid expansion

The private equity firm Partners Group stated that its invested Chinese leisure dining brand GREEN TEA GROUP (06831.HK) has completed its initial public offering in Hong Kong and was listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange today (16th). Since its investment, it has fully supported the rapid expansion of GREEN TEA restaurants and actively promoted other value-added measures. Since acquiring a significant minority stake in GREEN TEA GROUP in 2017, the number of its restaurants has increased eightfold. Liu Sheng, Managing Director of Private Equity at Partners Group, indicated that they will work together with the management team of GREEN TEA GROUP and other shareholders to jointly support the company's continued growth and development in the future
