<h2>Self-developed 3nm Xuanjie O1 chip, Xiaomi chips to benchmark Apple</h2>
First, regarding the chip, the Xuanjie O1 flagship processor is independently developed and designed by Xiaomi, debuting with the second-generation 3nm advanced process technology, featuring 19 billion transistors, with a chip area of only 109 mm², and using a 16-core GPU.
It is equipped with the latest Immortalis-G925, with a comprehensive benchmark score exceeding 3 million in the lab's AnTuTu.

During the conference, Lei Jun stated that Xiaomi's chips aim to benchmark Apple. At the event, Xiaomi announced that it plans to invest an additional 200 billion in R&amp;D over the next five years, doubling the 102 billion R&amp;D investment of the past five years (2021-2025).
Xiaomi stated that to become a great company, it cannot avoid the chip business. It also revealed that the process of developing the Xuanjie O1 chip has been &#34;very difficult.&#34; Over more than four years, as of the end of April this year, the cumulative R&amp;D investment in Xuanjie has exceeded 13.5 billion RMB.
