Stocks to watch: Sats, The Hour Glass, Japan Foods, Manulife US Reit

Sats reported a net profit of S$38.7 million for Q4 FY2025, up 18.3% year-on-year, with a proposed final dividend of S$0.035. The Hour Glass saw a 6% drop in net profit to S$74.4 million, despite a revenue increase of 9%. Japan Foods reported a loss of S$6.2 million, worsening from the previous year, with no final dividend declared. Manulife US REIT received a six-month extension for asset disposal, using US$25 million in cash to reduce debts. Stocks of Sats and The Hour Glass remained flat, while Japan Foods shares rose 2.4%, and MUST units increased by 1.6%.
