HUNG HING PRINT announced that Luo Zhixiong chose not to stand for re-election as an independent non-executive director due to retirement plans, and will no longer hold relevant positions after the annual general meeting of shareholders. Li Liming has been appointed as an independent non-executive director starting from May 27, 2025, and will serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee
According to the announcement from HUNG HING PRINT (00450), Mr. Luo Zhixiong (Mr. Luo), considering his retirement plan, has chosen not to stand for re-election as the company's independent non-executive director at the shareholders' annual general meeting. Following the conclusion of the shareholders' annual general meeting, Mr. Luo will no longer serve as the company's independent non-executive director, chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and member of the company's audit committee and nomination committee.
Effective May 27, 2025, Mr. Li Liming (Mr. Li) has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director.
