In 2008, he joined the CMS system.
From March 2024, he will serve as the compliance director of CMS, from February 2024 as the chief risk officer of CMS, from September 2023 as the assistant president of CMS, from April 2021 as the director of the risk management center of CMS and general manager of the risk management department of the risk management center, from January 2019 as a director of CMS International Co., Ltd., and from April 2020 as the head of risk management of CMS International Co., Ltd.

He previously served as a senior vice president, director, and executive general manager of the investment banking department of CITIC Securities, head of the industry and strategy research group of the investment banking management committee, executive general manager, administrative head of the strategic planning department, managing director and head of the private equity industry group of the investment banking management committee, head of the operations department of the investment banking management committee, managing director, deputy general manager and managing director of CITIC M&amp;A Fund Management Co., Ltd., expert consultant and general manager of Beijing Jingxi Venture Capital Fund Management Co., Ltd., and managing director and chief investment officer of Beijing Shougang Fund Co., Ltd
Since May 2021, he has served as the Assistant President of CMSC, and from February 2025, he has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company. From May 2021 to December 2021, he was the Vice Chairman of CMS Zhiyuan Capital Investment Co., Ltd., and from December 2021 to January 2022, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company's Investment Banking Committee. From January 2022 to March 2024, he was the Chairman of the company's Investment Banking Committee.
