According to Guandian News, a residential land plot in the Kangqiao unit of Hangzhou's Gongshu District has been successfully sold. After 46 rounds of bidding, the land was ultimately won by Hangzhou Zhequn Real Estate (GREENTOWN) for a total price of 1.374 billion RMB, with a premium rate of 40.33% and a transaction floor price of 23,700 RMB per square meter.
The starting price for the land was 979 million RMB, with an initial floor price of 16,900 RMB per square meter. The area for sale is 26,400 square meters, with a plot ratio of 2.2 and a building area of 58,000 square meters
