Baidu sues Xiaomi and others for unfair competition, trial to be held in June

According to the legal litigation information from Tianyancha, recently, Beijing Baidu Netcom Technology Co., Ltd. has added a court announcement regarding an unfair competition dispute case with Shanghai Yiyi Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. The plaintiff is Beijing Baidu Netcom Technology Co., Ltd., and the case will be heard in the People's Court of Qingpu District, Shanghai on June 13
