GRITEK terminates major asset restructuring matters

GRITEK announced the termination of the equity acquisition with Gaofeng (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. Although the parties involved in the transaction engaged in active discussions and negotiations, they failed to reach an agreement on certain commercial terms. To protect the interests of the company and its shareholders, all parties involved unanimously agreed to terminate this major asset restructuring and signed a termination agreement
