The competition in the AI programming sector, both domestically and internationally, is becoming increasingly fierce. Previously, there were reports that ByteDance would ban third-party AI development software like Cursor and promote its self-developed Trae as a replacement, but ByteDance has not made an official response to this. On May 30th, a relevant person in charge of Tongyi Lingma, Shen Xiu, told reporters that Alibaba Cloud has a very open attitude towards AI programming tools, allowing employees to freely choose tools as long as they pay attention to data security and compliance. Currently, the internal coverage rate of Tongyi Lingma is very high, with the proportion of AI-assisted code generation reaching nearly 40%, an increase of about 50% compared to six months ago
