Implementation starts today! What key points are clarified in China's first national standard for evaluating green data centers?
Today, China's first national standard for the evaluation of green data centers, "Green Data Center Evaluation," was officially implemented, marking a significant step in establishing a national-level standard for the evaluation of green data centers. This provides clear guidance for the green and low-carbon construction of data centers in China. The "Green Data Center Evaluation" specifies the requirements that data centers must meet in five major indicators: efficient utilization of energy resources, green design, green procurement, green operation and maintenance, and green services. This standard can be used to guide the green construction, operation, and improvement of data centers, providing a basis for the regular evaluation and certification of green data centers within the industry
