According to reporters from the Ministry of Commerce, as of now, the sales volume of consumer goods through the old-for-new program has exceeded 1 trillion yuan this year. Since the beginning of the year, the old-for-new program for consumer goods has effectively driven a continuous recovery in consumption. Data from the Ministry of Commerce shows that as of May 31, the five major categories of consumer goods through the old-for-new program have collectively driven sales of 1.1 trillion yuan, with approximately 175 million subsidies directly issued to consumers.
