AEON STORES rents a shop in Ngau Tau Kok Upper Village Shopping Centre to operate a department store

AEON STORES (00984.HK) announced that starting today (2nd), it will lease shop 5 of the Ngau Tau Kok Shopping Centre in Kwun Tong from the Housing Authority, operating a department store under the trade name "Mono Mono." The total basic rent payable under the lease agreement for the annual term is approximately HKD 10.4 million, with a fixed lease term of six years starting from today, and the tenant is not allowed to terminate the lease before the term expires.

The rent-free period of the lease agreement is 3 months starting from the commencement of the lease term, with a deposit of approximately HKD 300,000 and an advance payment of approximately HKD 300,000, to be paid by the company upon signing the lease agreement
