Herc Holdings Completes Acquisition Of H&E Equipment Services
Herc Holdings Inc. has completed its acquisition of H&E Equipment Services, enhancing its position as a leading equipment rental supplier in North America. The deal involved acquiring H&E's shares for $78.75 in cash and 0.1287 shares of Herc common stock. This acquisition expands Herc's network to 613 locations and is expected to drive significant growth and value creation. H&E's shares will cease trading on NASDAQ following the merger. The transaction was advised by Guggenheim Securities and Credit Agricole, among others.
