YIDU TECH subscribed to redeemable fixed-rate notes totaling USD 120 million
YIDU TECH (02158.HK) announced that on June 5th, it subscribed to capital management products from Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase Bank, respectively, for redeemable fixed interest notes with a principal amount of USD 60 million, with a maximum term of five years, and an expected annual yield ranging from 4.3% to 6.1% and 4.25% to 5%
