According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIUTAI RCB (06122) announced that on June 6, 2025 (after trading hours), the bank intends to sell 78.51% of its equity in HuanShan Huimin Village Bank to HuanShan Rural Commercial Bank for a total price of RMB 40.4 million. After the completion of the sale, the bank will no longer hold any equity in the target company.
