Amazon is testing humanoid robots for package delivery and developing related artificial intelligence software. The company has established a humanoid robot testing ground in San Francisco and plans to test various robots, including models developed in collaboration with Yushu Technology. These robots will be used in conjunction with Rivian electric delivery vans to complete package delivery tasks. Amazon has currently deployed over 750,000 robots in its logistics network, primarily for use in closed environments. The newly established "agentic AI team" will focus on developing intelligent robotic systems to enhance the flexibility of warehouse operations
