Sunac China has extended the deadline for the basic consent fee to June 20
Sunac China (01918.HK) announced that due to certain creditors needing more time to complete their internal procedures for joining the restructuring support agreement, the company has extended the deadline for the basic consent fee from June 6 to June 20 at 5 PM.
So far, approximately 83% of the holders of the existing securities' unpaid principal amount have submitted letters to join the restructuring support agreement, and overall, approximately 74% of the holders of the total unpaid principal amount of existing debts have submitted letters to join the restructuring support agreement
