A winding-up petition has been filed against a subsidiary of CHINA SCE GROUP in the "Inner Housing" sector

CHINA SCE GROUP (01966.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yu Wei International has been subjected to a winding-up petition in the Virgin Islands Court, concerning the senior notes issued by the group and guaranteed by Yu Wei International, with an outstanding principal and interest amounting to approximately USD 10.4 million and USD 3.026 million, respectively, as of May 22, 2025.

The group stated that it does not believe the winding-up petition will have a material impact on its operations at this stage and will seek legal measures to firmly oppose the winding-up petition, taking all necessary actions to safeguard the company's legal rights
