EDICO HOLDINGS' subsidiary plans to jointly organize the "FIBA 3x3 World Tour Masters Macau Stop 2025" with Macau Star
EDICO HOLDINGS announced that its non-wholly-owned subsidiary Voice Production has signed a cooperation agreement with Macau Star to jointly organize the 2025 FIBA 3x3 World Tour Masters in Macau. Both parties will share the expenses related to the event, with Voice Production's expenditure capped at HKD 4 million. This collaboration will leverage Macau Star's expertise to enhance the group's visibility in sports and entertainment activities, expand revenue sources, and create greater value for shareholders
According to the announcement from EDICO HOLDINGS (08450), on June 13, 2025, the company's non-wholly-owned subsidiary Voice Production entered into a cooperation agreement with Macau Star. Under this agreement, the parties agree to jointly organize the event (the "FIBA 3x3 World Tour Masters Macau Stop 2025") and will share the related expenses and profits (if any) generated from the event. According to the cooperation agreement, the expenses borne by Voice Production for the event are capped at HKD 4 million.
The board of directors believes that by establishing a partnership with Macau Star through the cooperation agreement, the group will benefit from Macau Star and Mr. Lau's expertise and experience in producing high-quality sports and entertainment events, gaining valuable industry insights and discovering more business opportunities.
