VC HOLDINGS issues convertible bonds to a third party with a principal of 5 million yuan
VC HOLDINGS (00821.HK) announced that it will issue a total of HKD 5 million in two-year convertible bonds to independent third parties Monochrome and CJEF Capital Partners, with an annual interest rate of 1%; the conversion price is HKD 0.04, representing a premium of 11.11% over the last trading day (13th); the newly convertible shares will account for 4.81% of the enlarged share capital. The net proceeds of HKD 4.9 million are intended to be used for debt repayment and general working capital
