FOSUN INTL (00656.HK) announced that its subsidiary Shanghai YYTM Jewelry has introduced Bank of China Asset Management as an investor, with an investment amount of 400 million RMB. After completion, Bank of China Asset Management will hold 3.5596% equity in Shanghai YYTM Jewelry; the company's shareholding will be diluted to 91.03%
