SICHUAN EN INV officially appointed Yao Gengsheng, Xie Beidi, and Xia Long as non-executive directors at the annual shareholders' meeting, with a term until the expiration of the fifth board of directors' term. Yao Gengsheng was elected as a member of the audit committee, and Xie Beidi as a member of the risk control committee. Meanwhile, Han Chunhong, Tao Xueqing, and Zhao Gen resigned as non-executive directors, with Han Chunhong and Tao Xueqing no longer serving as members of the audit and risk control committees, effective from June 18, 2025
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sichuan EN INV (01713) announced that Mr. Yao Gengsheng, Ms. Xie Beiti, and Mr. Xia Long have been officially appointed as non-executive directors at the annual general meeting, with their term starting from the conclusion of the annual general meeting until the end of the fifth board term. After the conclusion of the annual general meeting, Mr. Yao Gengsheng was elected as a member of the company's audit committee, and Ms. Xie Beiti was elected as a member of the company's risk control committee.
