The reporters found that one party involved in the concentration is "Beijing JD Century Trading Co., Ltd.," which is one of the core operating entities of JD Retail Group, while the other party is Bai Jie, the actual controller of Life Home. Industry insiders stated that JD's successful acquisition of Life Home is an important measure for expanding its vertical market in home furnishings and integrating online and offline services.
