AHSAY BACKUP announcement: Starting from June 20, 2025, Huang Youcheng and Huang Chuki will resign as independent non-executive directors and their positions in related committees. Pan Chongsheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and chairman of multiple committees, and Guo Zhihua has also been appointed as an independent non-executive director and positions in related committees
According to the announcement from AHSAY BACKUP (08290), starting from June 20, 2025: (i) Mr. Huang Youcheng has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee; (ii) Mr. Huang Chuki has resigned as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the risk management committee; (iii) Mr. Pan Chongsheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee; and (iv) Mr. Guo Zhihua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the risk management committee
