WANG ON PPT sells the street shop property in Changsha Bay, realizing 23.28 million yuan
WANG ON GROUP (01222.HK) announced that its 75% subsidiary WANG ON PPT (01243.HK) has sold the basement, connected loft, and first-floor canopy property of Yijia Building on Changsha Bay Road in Kowloon to an independent third party, SSP Lau Group, for a cash consideration of HKD 23.28 million. The estimated loss on the sale is HKD 2.22 million
